Mia Healthcare Website
MIA Healthcare is a private healthcare provider offering premium medical services in Namibia. The goal of this project was to design a website that communicates credibility, care, and professionalism while providing a seamless user experience for patients seeking information or looking to make contact. The result is a clean, modern platform that reflects MIA’s core values: accessible, high-quality healthcare delivered with a human touch.
UX Architecture & Information Design
The first phase focused on organizing complex medical service content into a clear, navigable structure. I developed a sitemap and user flows prioritizing key user actions — such as learning about services, finding doctors, and making contact. Accessibility and ease-of-use were core priorities, especially considering the broad user demographic. Content was grouped intuitively, with dedicated sections for services, the medical team, patient information, and contact forms. The experience was designed to be mobile-first, ensuring seamless functionality across devices.
UI Design & Visual Language
Visually, the site needed to balance professionalism with warmth. I created a light, approachable interface using a calming color palette, soft spacing, and clean typography to instill trust and clarity. Consistent UI components were developed to accommodate future content expansion without sacrificing cohesion. Medical icons, human-centered imagery, and subtle animations enhanced the design without overwhelming users. Deliverables included a responsive UI system, high-fidelity mockups, and annotated design files for development handoff.
