Mia Healthcare is an integrated platform connecting dentists, patients, and dental suppliers. Patients can book appointments, manage their profiles, view treatment notes, make payments, and access a comprehensive dashboard. Dentists can handle bookings, access patient profiles, and manage invoices. Dental suppliers can sell products, view items, track shipments, and engage with the dental community through a one-stop shop.

UX Strategy & Multi-User Flow Design

This project required a deep understanding of varying user needs across three distinct roles: patients, dentists, and suppliers. I began by mapping out user journeys for each group, identifying key actions such as appointment booking, treatment tracking, invoice management, and supplier order flows. Wireframes were created to validate structure and functionality before moving into UI. Emphasis was placed on minimizing friction and ensuring a consistent, intuitive navigation experience for all users, whether accessing on desktop or mobile.

UI System & Responsive Design Delivery

For the UI, I established a clean, clinical aesthetic that still feels modern and approachable. The interface uses soft tones, structured layouts, and clear typography to enhance readability and reduce cognitive load — critical for users navigating medical and transactional content. I created a shared component library in Figma, supporting rapid iteration and consistency across all views. Mobile responsiveness and ease of interaction were key priorities, especially for patients accessing the platform on-the-go.
